Hi! I’m moving out of mtl–have to leave back to the US :( –and my current room will be available.

My roommates are Scott (he/they) and Sam (they/them), both late 20’s who do schooling and work. They will be looking for someone to share a large 2nd floor, 3 bedroom (7 1/2) apartment in Outremont, walking distance to the very cool neighborhood of Mile End and right near accessible buses and bixi stands!

Prime location for summer biking and going out to cool bars.

The room itself is average sized; it fits a double bed with space for a nightstand and it has a closet and gets amazing light throughout the day. The apartment has a washer and dryer, large front balcony and large back patio.

Rent is currently $404 with utilities coming in around $60-90 a month. I originally came to stay in the room for 6 months; may will be the last month. After may, the new terms will have to be negotiated with the other roommates.

I can leave the room furnished as it is for an additional fee (I would prefer to do that tbh). Let me know if that’s the case and we can work something out!

You would be living with Scott (he/they) and Sam (they/them), both queer professionals in their late 20s, both anglophone. Artists/creatives and queer folks are encouraged to join, but open to having anyone if they fit the vibe. We value our space, and like to keep a clean and calm environment and looking for someone who shares those values.
