Rue De Bourges

The apartment is on a quiet residential street, the area is mostly residential. the building itself is fairly quiet! The room is on the 3rd floor, It’s a non smoking room, my roommate will have their own bedroom with a window, natural light available! It’s a 4 1/2 therefore everything else is shared.

There’s always parking on the street in front of the building and the metro station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The same metro station also offers a train. Grocery stores and pharmacies all nearby, some within walking distance. The building has no elevator only a staircase. My apartment is renovated and very clean.

I’ve been living here for about 4 years, I am 30 years old, I work part time and I do photography. I have different hobbies to keep myself occupied. I’m respectful, easy going and a rather calm person. I have a good sense of humour, I like to be creative and I enjoy music.

The people living in the building are kind and mostly retired, they have been living here longer than I and they’re not very loud.
