I am renting a large bedroom out of my two bedroom apartment located in the heart of Osborne Village. This apartment includes one large private bedroom, one shared living area, shared bathroom and kitchen. My bedroom is curtained off and the additional office room is used for my jewelry business. This is a fully furnished apartment. I have two rescue cats that would not be your responsibility, but sure love to hangout and cuddle! This is a beautiful older styled apartment with large windows that offer lots of natural sunlight, easy to clean hardwood floors and high ceilings!
This building has a very loving Community of people who reside here. Rent is $700 and includes hydro, wifi, one large private furnished bedroom and basic cleaning supplies/ toilet paper. Currently the bedroom is being used as an office, but it will come with a single bed, closet and a study desk to be able to work/study at.

I am looking for a female roommate who is trustworthy, hardworking or dedicated to studies. THIS IS NOT A SOCIAL/PARTY HOUSE. so keep scrolling if that’s you !

I would love to have a viewing prior to any commitments and a contract will be signed before moving in. Will have a trial period to see if we will get along and if it would be good fit. This is a peaceful, quiet and respectful home with lots of positivity!
