This apartment is in the Cromdale neighbourhood and it’s located less than a 5 minute walk from the Stadium lrt station. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath second floor unit (800+ sq. ft.) with an elevator so we will each have our own private bedroom and bathroom. We would share the kitchen (stainless steel appliances) and living room and we have private in-suite laundry. The building/unit is quite new, built around 2018 and has free street parking available.

The entire unit other than your private spaces will be furnished and you are more than welcome to use and hang out in the shared spaces. Move in date is flexible but I am hoping to have a roommate in by June 1 at the latest. Rent is also negotiable, either $630 plus whatever additional utilities/internet are or $700 flat rate.

I’m a recent U of A grad just starting my career so I am hoping to live with someone in a similar position or similar in age to me (~20s). I’ve lived with roommates for over 4 years and have always become really close friends with them so I’d hope for a similar friendship with you! I enjoy drinking and partying just as much as I enjoy a quiet night in with friends or alone. In my spare time, I enjoy an active lifestyle, creating art, and hanging out with friends. I like to keep shared living areas clean and tidy so I’d hope for my roommate to as well. Otherwise, I’m an open minded and pretty chill roommate looking for a reliable roommate (and hopefully future friend)!
