I have a FURNISHED ROOM for a FEMALE TENANT. This room is located in the basement of a luxury home located 10 minutes away from UTSC (University of Toronto Scarborough) and Centennial College Morningside Campus.

This home is equipped with security cameras and security locks to ensure tenants are safe!

Home is all inclusive which includes, Heat, AC, Water, Electricity, WIFI, Washer, Dryer, Full Kitchen.

I am looking for a FEMALE TENANT as the other tenants are all female!

No parking available at the moment but it will be open July 2021.

ONLY 1 TENANT PER ROOM. WASHROOM IS SHARED WITH 1 OTHER TENANT. KITCHEN IS SHARED WITH ALL TENANTS.

SEPERATE ENTRANCE TO BASEMENT. NO CONTACT WITH UPSTAIRS TENANTS.

10-15 minutes away from UTSC. (WALK) 10-15 minutes away from Centennial College. (WALK) 15 minutes away from Centennial College PROGRESS. (DRIVE) POSTAL CODE IS ; M1C5K1. SINGLE OCCUPANT ROOM. NO FAMILIES.

Students live on the property. They are going to school as well as working part/full time.
