The deal: Looking for a House mate at Yonge and Empress Avenue at (33 Empress Avenue). The unit is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom, so you’ll have your own Bedroom and Bathroom. The unit is furnished with a couch, dining table and chairs, fridge, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Unfortunately, your room is not furnished.

Location: Extremely convenient and close to everything. Subway entrance, Loblaws, Second Cup, Dollarama, Cineplex, Best Buy, LCBO, etc are in the same building (which means you don’t need to go out in the snow during winter!!!). Tim Hortons, Shoppers, GoodLife fitness, Mel Lastman Square, Starbucks, Rexall, Dairy Queen, Jack Astors, The Keg, Whole Foods and other shops are all within 5-10mins walk. 30 minutes subway down to Union Station door to door. There’s also a Go bus stop right downstairs.

Other amenities: The building has a 24/7 concierge, Gym, small Library, Sauna and Card room. The room is available for $1050/- utilities and internet not included. From 1st May onwards for a period of 6 months with an option to extend. Only last month’s rent required in advance and 1 months’ notice required.
