Roommate(s) needed for July 1st! Live in the Westend and the heart of the city in a funky 1940’s, 3 story walk up. Looking for a working professional or couple and one cat is welcome. We will be there approximately three times a week and are commuting. The roommate(s) will occupy the majority of a non smoking, UNFURNISHED large unique and spacious 1,800 sq feet, two level apartment with a spiral staircase to the area downstairs. 600 sq feet upstairs and 600 sq feet downstairs is for the roommate(s) a total of 1200 sq ft, and an additional 600 sq ft room is for us downstairs for our own room. Hardwood floors upstairs and tiled downstairs flooring. Beautiful old cherry blossom tree right out front keeping it cool in the summer. Private entrance (main level), one bedroom (main level), private full bathroom (main level) and second shared full bathroom (lower level). Amenities include a full-sized fridge, in wall oven, counter stove top, shared building laundry ($2.50 per load), all utilities and internet included. Parking is not included but a Westend parking pass is available for street parking through the city. At least one year commitment, $1,800 a month, $900 deposit. We will have our own private entrance/exit on the lower level, a separate 600 sq ft. room downstairs, and will need access to the shared bathroom downstairs and kitchen upstairs on occasion.
