Very private house on an acreage/hobby farm 15 minutes drive from downtown Duncan with a bus stop half a block away. Multilevel 5 bedroom home with separate 2 bedroom carriage house. Downstairs bedroom of carriage house and upstairs bedroom of main house are both available. 32“ flat-screen wall-mounted TV comes with either unfurnished room. Open concept design with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors throughout and lots of light. There is a shared 3-piece bathroom on the upstairs level and a wrap-around deck off the kitchen, as well as a firepit and greenhouse in the backyard off the kitchen. 5 minutes away from mountains, oceanfront beach, grocery store and 2 pubs/restaurants. 3 acres of land suitable for gardening, former roommate had chickens and coop/chicken run is still here. Own pond with fish/ducks and a verticle bit of real estate near road that is like a tiny mountain with a 600sq ft apex. Blocks any road noise and provides privacy/security.

Female nursing student and her teenage daughter occupy 2 rooms of the upstairs main house and a senior male occupies the downstairs level and has his own bathroom. The Mom has the Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and the daughter has one of the 2 upstairs bedrooms. The upstairs level of the separate carriage house is occupied by a senior male. No partiers living here and the main house contains a chihuahua alarm system for any visitors and an extremely gentle senior yellow lab girl who appreciates belly rubs. Previous roommate had 2 cats and all cats and female dogs are welcome in the main house. The chihuahua does not get along with other male dogs, unfortunately.
