About the roomies
I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a two bedroom (+office) a two bedroom (+office) , 1 bath basement suite starting June 1 - August 31st. The room is quite large with plenty of closet space, adequate sunlight and a lovely roommate! There is shared office space with additional storage closets. We are both female students in our 4th and 5th year attending the University of Alberta.
The kitchen and living room are shared spaces. We have an in-suite washer and dryer and the cost of rent includes a parking stall and all utilities aside from the monthly cost of wifi. Additionally, I am able to leave the room fully furnished if required and am open to negotiating an earlier move-in date.
The property includes an outdoor storage space (perfect for bikes, equipment, furniture, etc), as well as a fenced backyard!
