Lauren's room

Located in a quite area, with a yard that over looks a horse pasture. There is also two garden boxes in the yard that are in need of some love, and free to use. Full kitchen with dishwasher, single shared washroom with shower/bath. Decent sized bedroom with closted and window overlooking the yard, as well as limited additional in-door storage on the side of the house. 5-7 min walk to the nearest bus stop, as well as two grocery stores and one local coffee shop within a 5 min drive. The main living areas are decorated, and I also have out-door patio furniture. I am 420 friendly. 12 min drive to UBCO, 43 min to bus to UBCO. 8 wineries within 3km. 27 min drive to downtown (on a good day). Near walking trails (rail trail). 3 beaches within 3.5km, one of which is within walking distance.

I am a 21 year old female (she/her) fully vaccinated, living with my pet cat 4 year old Silas. I am a creative individual who enjoys to write, paint, and cook. I would say that I am a homebody, but can be quite outgoing at times. I am looking to continue my studies this coming fall. I am hoping to find a roommate who is a likeminded and kind individual. :)
