Room available in 3 bedroom, 2 storey home. Located on a quiet, family orientated and close knit cul-de-sac in Beaumont(5min south of Edmonton). Room has a bathroom directly beside it on upper floor for your own use. Large beautiful landscaped back yard. Dog friendly. Shared kitchen, laundry and common areas.

I’m a fulltime working, single male, 38. Homeowner. Im quiet, respectful and tidy. I do entertain family/friends and neighbours at times for bbq’s/get togethers. I’m an active person, enjoy the outdoors such as camping and hiking in my spare time. Currently working from home due to an injury, but will be transitioning back to normal work life in approximately 6 or so weeks.
