Spacious, top-floor, furnished bedroom available in the upper part of a shared 3 bedroom house with 1 other female roommate. (We are looking for a female roommate only).

The house is fully furnished and has 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, hard wood floors, shared laundry, parking for one vehicle, large deck with BBQ and hot tub, patio with fire pit, and gardening space. Downstairs, another young female professional works and stays there approximately 5 to 10 days per month. During that time, her husband and 2 cats sometimes also stay at the house. Other family members may also occasionally stay at the house downstairs.

The room comes with an almost new queen-size bed, bedside table, dresser, desk (not in photos), loveseat, book shelf, mirror, lamp and has a walk-in closet. Kitchen is fully equipped. Pots and pans and dishes/cutlery are sharable or you can bring your own.

The house is on Triangle Mountain in Colwood, surrounded by trees. A five-minute drive from Belmont Market and Westshore Mall and walking distance to Look-out Lake. Directly on bus route 60, 59 and about 20 min walk to route 61, which goes downtown.

Utilities and Wi-Fi included. Month-to-month lease. No smoking, parties or pets please.

I am an easy-going, quiet and considerate young professional, who works from home full-time. I enjoy cooking, yoga, playing music, hiking, and camping. I’m happy to share ingredients/meals when workable. I am someone who values harmonious co-living, well-being and personal growth.
