Room for rent in 3 bedroom town house in newer area of Blackfalds! Quiet neighborhood with a quick access to highway 2a to lacombe.

Room is furnished with double bed and a dresser and there is a decent sized closed to store your things.

Looking for a quiet,clean, dependable roommate that either works full-time or is a student going to school. As there is a small study space that can be used in the down stairs living area.

Must like pets as we do have an older senior cat. Unfortunately we are not excepting new pets into our home.

Shared kitchen and bathroom.

Street parking out front.

3 girls who work full time living in town house. 2 are in a relationship and share upper master suite and use the upstairs living room. Other roomate is a co worker who mostly keeps to themselves and is quiet clean and respectful. Great place to live in a non party home.
