1 bedroom available in a 5 bedroom house near Dalhousie university. 5 minute walk from campus and 10 minute walk from the grocery store. All utilities (including WIFI) are included. The room will be fully furnished with similar furniture as in the photo. (A queen bed, a bedside table, lights and a chair) Available from May 1 - September 1. Also available on a month-month basis.

Some of the girls who are on the lease as of May 1st will be staying for the summer months, other rooms will rented to sublets. If you would like more than one room, contact me with any questions and we can try to arrange something. :)
