Located a short bus ride from the waterfront and downtown Halifax, close to the MacDonald bridge.

This room was taken but is now available again for September as the roommate we chose decided that they weren’t a good fit with us and they had some issues with our level of cleanliness. So, I’ve updated the listing with honest photos about what our apartment looks like usually except for the bedroom that is taken. All I did beforehand was wash the dishes, and I do let those sit in the sink for a little bit before I wash everything. If our future roommate has any issues, we would be happy to hear them and try to improve.

We are a young Queer / LGBT+ couple, both 23, with two cats looking for a new roommate in our two bedroom tenth floor apartment. No more pets are allowed in the apt. Utilities are in addition to rent, and are the power/electricity bill and the internet/wifi, which we will all split, and you pay for your own laundry machine costs which are on a different floor of the building. The landlord company also highly recommends getting your own tenants insurance. All other utilities are included in the rent. You must try to keep the common areas clean and organized, though we aren’t perfect with that all the time.

We both work full time during summer and in the fall Jason will be attending Dalhousie full time while working part time and Bryce works full time year round. However, we spend a lot of time in the apartment. And we like to smoke weed, so ideally you are okay with that.
