About the room
Hello :)
We have one room available for rent in a 6 bedroom household. There are 2.5 baths, in-house washers (2), and dryers(2). Parking is free and available, and all utilities are included. However, wifi is extra, we all split the bill. Please note the room is unfurnished, only the wardrobe is included. House also includes a basement living room. 3 Fridges are included and shared. The deposit includes the first and last month’s rent. We’re Looking for a female (preferably a student) that’s clean, and friendly.
Other rooms may be available for rent coming September. However not all rooms are the same and may be a different price. Just message me for more info!
House tours are available upon request.
About the roomies
Roommates are a mix of Waterloo and Laurier students, very friendly, fun, outgoing, and studious. We work together to keep the house clean, and study/party together occasionally.
