Close to all major hwys and shopping, 5 mins from Willowbrook, close to several major bus routes(320, 364, 395, 370 all within a couple minutes walk from house. 502 slightly farther). Private south-facing room available(10.5ftx9ft), with a shared bathroom and living spaces. Private sundeck with small side yard. Street parking available. In suite laundry. Must be okay with dogs as I have the world’s cutest potato on legs. Unfortunately no other animals are allowed, as my landlord only wants one dog upstairs and I am severely allergic to cats. Looking for someone who is going to be respectful of me and my dog, pay rent and bills on time and treat our home with the respect you would treat your own home(because if all works out, it will be your home too!) I’m looking for someone who shares similar interests, who is clean, and maybe even be down for the occasional movie or game night. Price negotiable for the right person.
