I’m a 23yo queer, equity(human rights/social justice) undergrad student at UofT. I also work at a restaurant downtown most weeknights. I’m really easy going, into art/culture, pescatarian, and 420 friendly (i smoke in my room). I’m not a huge at-home partier, but I do like having friends over a couple times a week.

I’m open to the idea of another animal but it would all depend on how Little Cat reacts to them!

Little Cat: -8yo tabby -VERY cuddly and affectionate. She will try to hang out in your lap all the time if you let her. -Sheds -The sweetest baby you’ll ever meet -Pretty vocal

About the room/apt: -Walls have been painted white!! -5 min walk to the Delaware entrance of Ossington Station. 10min walk to Dufferin Mall (No Frills, Wal-Mart, Beer Store etc…). -The apartment is a corner unit(quieter) on the 11th floor -Amazing views from the bedroom, as well as the balcony(sunsets are incredible!). You can see the lake & CN Tower!! -It is an older building but the apt has been recently renovated with new appliances. -Unfortunately there is no central a/c, but you are welcome to bring your own unit. -The building just installed new front-loader washing machines and dryers which are located in the basement. -I’m open to couples ($75 more a month for rent and bills split 3 ways)!
