About the room
Hello everyone!
My roommate Melvin and I are looking for a third person to share our house! We are looking for someone for December 1st. There is 1 bathroom, a finished basement where Melvin have his room. There is everything for the laundry and the kitchen has a dishwasher (not negligible!). The garden is super big and nice, perfect to chill outside. And the house is well located, 10min by bike to the UoA and 5min to White Ave!
The rent of the house is 600$ per month whiteout utilities. Around 750$ with the utilities.
The whole house is already furnished, you’ll just have to furnish your own room that already contain a closet (see picture) :)

About us :
I’m Marie, a 24yo French student doing my PhD at the UoA. I love sports and nature. I practice rugby, climbing and weight lifting. I also like going on hikes and camp. But I also like to stay at home eating cheese and wine like a typical French in front of the TV.
Melvin is 25yo and is an automotive mechanic. He comes from Manitoba and has a lovely Husky that live with us so it’s important that you like dogs. He likes outdoors activities as well, videos games and going to the gym.
We are looking for someone pretty much our age that is respectful and friendly. We value communication in the house. We don’t want to be strangers for each other but share some time to time all together around a diner. We want this house to feel like home for everyone 🙂
