Je cherche un colocataire. Il y a 2 chambres libres et un sous-sol si vous préférez y rester. La maison est entièrement meublée, mais si vous avez besoin d’un espace de rangement, il est disponible. J’ai un chien très amical et si vous avez des animaux, faisons-les se rencontrer ! J’aime les animaux donc tant que vous nettoyez après eux, je n’ai aucun problème avec ça. Je demande un colocataire sans enfants. Il y a une place de parking disponible. Je travaille surtout de nuit, donc pendant la journée je demande qu’il n’y ait pas trop de bruit, mais mes bouchons d’oreille sont très utiles. Dans les prochaines semaines, nous aurons une terrasse construite pour en profiter cet été. J’ai un jardin clôturé. S’il vous plaît laissez-moi savoir quand vous souhaitez venir pour une visite. Je suis très flexible sur les dates de déménagement, alors faites-moi savoir quand ce serait bon pour vous.

I am looking for a roommate. There are 2 spare bedrooms and a basement if you’d rather stay there. The house is fully furnished, but if you need some storage, it is available. I have a very friendly dog and if you have animals, let’s have them meet! I love animals so as long as you clean up after them, i have no problem with it. I am asking for a roommate with no children. There is 1 available parking spot. I work mostly night shifts so during the day I ask for not too much noise, but my ear plugs come in handy. In the next few weeks, we will have a deck built to enjoy this summer. I have a gated backyard. Please let me know when you would like to come for a visit. So far it’s only me and my dog. There are 3 bedrooms, a basement with a door, living room, kitchen, entry way, fenced backyard and soon to be deck. I am a nurse at the Jewish general. I would ideally like someone my age, late 20s, but am very flexible.
