I am looking for a FEMALE ROOMMATE to move in preferably before June 1st. The apartment is situated in Ville Saint-Laurent, in an amazing building that offers it’s residents a swimming pool,a laundry room, a game room and a gym. The building is a walking distance from supermarket metro and the bus station. 5 min away from metro station cote-vertu. Excellent and secure area. The apartment is on the 8th floor with a balcony and a beautiful view. You will have a spacious bedroom with a big closet. Bed and couch are already available in the room however you can bring your own furniture. The rent covers all of the bills including insurance. The wifi bill will be potentially divided between two roommates!
