The house has two suites, this room is available in the basment suite, it has a shared kitchen, living room and laundry. Big backyard with lots of gardening space. This room is available for sublet over the summer until August 31.

I am 25M going to school at UVic and working full time over the summer. I like to cook, garden, play videogames in my free time. I work mornings and have evenings off, usually like to hang out and watch something on the tv in the living room when I get home.
