The washroom will be shared with 1 other person. Living area is very spacious, has large windows which bring in plenty of light, and the space comes equipped with a fireplace. The unit has an open concept kitchen with an island table.

Facilities / appliances available in the unit: Washer & dryer, Wifi (included in rent), heating / AC, dishwasher, cooking range, fridge and microwave. Utilities are not included in the rent and are shared with 2 other people. The total bill usually comes out to be ~ $150, which is then split 3 ways i.e $50/person.

Your roomies are one guy and one girl living in 2 other rooms in the unit. Both of us mostly work from home. We are laidback, neat and organized, and enjoy bumping some music from time to time. The only thing expected of you will be helping with keeping the common areas clean and in order.
