Haven's room

My house is a brand new build in the Tamarack community. You will have your own bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walk in closet. You will also have access to a parking spot in the attached garage, as well as shared access to the living room, kitchen, pantry, dining area, and balcony with a BBQ and fire table. The house is fully furnished in all of the common spaces. I can also have your room fully furnished if you would prefer. Utilities will be split by both of us equally, but internet is included.

There is quick access to the Anthony Henday and Whitemud with many amenities around for shopping and entertainment. I am close to the Meadows Transit Center for bussing and a 20 minute drive to the U of A.

Hi there! My name is Haven and I am a 25 year old teacher. I am very busy in my career, but in my free time I like to hang out with my close group of friends, visit my family, coach, and stay active at the gym and through sports. I am not a partier or drug user and I would like to find a roommate who aligns with that as well. I am a very clean person and I like to keep a clean environment in my home. I don’t currently have any animals, but would love to get a cat eventually. I hope to find a roommate that has similar values to me that I can get along with! I would feel most comfortable living with a like-minded female roommate that is either a student or working professional.
