Hello everyone! My name is Gia, I’m a 25 year old working professional/small business owner. Lots of space (~1,800sqft total), you will have your own LARGE bedroom, we share a newly redone bathroom, and everything else! Unit is 2 storeys with full / partial finished basement. ~600sqft per floor. Aside from bedrooms we would share the home.                        

Washer and dryer in the basement, It would be almost fully furnished (you just need your bedroom furniture) I have plenty of things that I can share/let you use in the kitchen, etc. I’m very easy going, clean, quiet and kind. I’m looking for another female who is working on building their future or already is established and would like a nice place to call home.

P.S. must be pet friendly as I do have a small dog named Prada 🤍 Interior photos, location, and all other details can be discussed & negotiated directly with me here on messenger, over the phone, or in-person. Serious inquiries only.  Moving set for the first week of October. I really want the home environment to be a place that fosters growth.
