Looking for a Female Roommate for June 1st (Downtown Toronto)
Lease is for 9 months and will commence on June 1st, 2022 until February 28, 2023 (not firm). The lease can be extended afterwards. The apartment is located in Liberty Village, very convenient to get to the King Street Streetcar as well as the Exhibition Go Station.
The bedroom that is for rent has an ensuite bathroom and it’s own private balcony.

Rent is $1300/month, additionally we will be splitting the monthly cost of Hydro and Wi-Fi.
