9km to downtown Kelowna (15-20 minutes by car depending on traffic). A car is more convenient but we are also on the #20 bus route.

A professionally employed woman and a 10-pound toy poodle. No other pets allowed. I work Mon-Fri, go to bed early, active lifestyle. No smoking, drug users or heavy drinkers, no parties.
