2 floor apartment, full use of upstairs 2 bedrooms can turn one into a living room if you want, includes private half bath that i do not use, we would share kitchen, living room and full bathroom on main floor. wifi included

I live here alone and a young quiet couple lives in the downstairs apartment. I work away and am not around very often. You would basically have the place all to yourself. I am new to the area, quiet and do my own thing.
