Scott's room

We are renting the room at the end of the hallway in a 4 bedroom house. The room is 8’7“ by 9’10“ with a 1’10“ by 6’6“ closet. It has large windows that face the front yard of the house and let in lots of afternoon sunlight. The bathroom is in the main hallway of the house and is partially and respectfully shared with two other adults as well as occasionally guests. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are fully furnished and partially decorated. There is storage space available in the laundry room and garage. There is a washer and dryer in the basement everyone is free to use. The backyard features a large deck and grassy lawn, with lots of morning and midday sunlight. Utilities include electricity, water, internet, and gas, but shared between four people they do not typically exceed ~150 dollars. We are situated one street back from merivale, near baseline, so there is every kind of restaurant and grocery store available, and a short busride to Algonquin college or the train at Tunneys Pasture. The room is empty, the pictures are just decorated to show scale.

The house is already occupied by 3 thirtyish-year-old people (a male and female couple living across the hall, and another male in the basement) who have full time jobs and use the common areas of the house to prepare meals and relax and watch television or play video games. Ideally we are looking for someone who is also going to school or working full time and is willing to help keep the house clean and tidy for everyone to use.
