I’m looking for a roommate to share my home in River Heights! It is an awesome area within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, near Assiniboine Park and Pan Am pool. It is a 10 minute drive to downtown & Polo Park, about 15 minutes to the U of M and U of W. Located near major public transportation routes.

You’d have a private upstairs bedroom that is fully furnished as well as access to the other spare room/office. Shared spaces include an updated kitchen, open concept living and dining room, laundry room, 2 bathrooms and amazing yard with deck. Parking spot is available on the street. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and close to everything you need. You will love it!
