Large house on a quiet street, close to Grant Park and other stores within a 5-10 minute walk. Shared open space and bathroom. Large porch to sit on.

A 40 year aged couple live down stairs with 5 dogs. Upstairs there are 4 roommates one younger aged couple in their mid 20s they keep to themselves and game in the big room off the main living area. A 30 something gentleman who is runs around most of the time and is only home at night or on his days off. An empty room right acroos from him with a walk in closet, and at the end of the hall the middle aged man who also lives here. Everyone is very friendly. We mostly keep to ourselves. Kitchen is free use. Laundry is down stairs and 1 day a week will be assigned for use. You’ll have the largest room upstairs close to the bathroom and with a walk in closet. plenty of space. Mount a tv, or hang some stuff on the wall. It’s a laid back house, just try to pick up after yourself, don’t be rude, and be open to new experiences and you’ll do great here.
