You can choose large room with door to deck ($1900) or smaller, bright room (1400). Share whole house with me and my adult daughter. 2 TV rooms, laundry, kitchen. Hot tub! Can arrange your own fridge. Front and back decks, large yard. Located steps to beach, shops, banks, restaurants like Wickies, Barnstormers, Urban Dish. NO pets as we have a cat and dog that don’t like to share :) NO smoking.
About the roomies
My daughter and I both work full time, sometimes 7 days a week. I have a kayak that I enjoy if I have spare time! I am sociable but busy. My daughter keeps to herself, often using the lower level living spaces. Must be okay with our dog and cat.
