About the room
On an acreage in the Clayton Heights area of Surrey BC. Near bus stop. Parking for 1 more car. We are the only people living on the property. Landlord is quick to look into any issues with the space. In suite laundry. We are responsible for lawn care around our building and landlord provides mower.
Bills include hydro (about $50 every 2 months), Fortis (between $30 and $150 every month - need to use sparingly in winter). Wifi (about $88 every month). These bills would be split in half as we both contribute.
I will start showing the room on November 26 and 27. Room is available January 1, 2023 with a chance of it being available on December 15, depending on circumstances not in my control.
About the roomies
I’m a 50+ year old man. I’m a bit of an introvert but I do like to chat about music, philosophy, DND, books, religion etc. I like to keep things pretty quiet for the most part.
I’m looking for someone who is able to have mature conversations if any issues arise. I like to keep things pretty calm and chill.
No big parties.
