Theresa's room

Three bedroom house in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to shopping, restaurants, nature trails, and transit. The bedroom for rent has a large closet and wall to wall carpet with a double bed and bookcase. There is WIFI, laundry, backyard, but no television and no dishwasher in the house. Occasionally a dog will come for a visit once or twice a year. No other pets in the house. You must be respectful, clean, vaccinated and a non-smoker.

The house is owner-occupied by myself, mature women. No other people live in the house. I’m a non-smoker, non drug user and expect the same. No pets and no overnight guests permitted. Looking for a mature, responsible, quiet person. Preference for a student or working person.
