About the space: the upstairs living has a fully furnished kitchen, living room and dining room. There is a laundry unit and one full bathroom upstairs that will be shared with two others.
Rent is all inclusive and parking may be available for 1 car. The rental agreement is a sublease and on a month to month basis, however long term living is a possibility!

There is a friendly and quiet dog upstairs.
About the area: The house is 2 kms from UWO. There is a gym, grocery stores, convenience stores, etc all within a 3 km radius. There is also a bus stop right down the street!
About the roomies
Upstairs, we are two women in our 20s. We both work full time. We are both quiet and clean and enjoy sitting out on the house’s patio in the summers. The basement is rented as a basement apartment by another great quiet woman also in her 20s and working.
