We are looking to fill 1-3 of our empty rooms, available immediately.

Rent is 2025/month, plus utilities/internet, which are split evenly between us. Utilities costs vary by the season, but typically with four people, rent and utilities combined didn’t exceed 650/person. The damage deposit is $250 and you’ll have to get yourself some tenant’s insurance. We have one cat living here already, but other pets are allowed pending landlord approval. There is a $250 pet deposit.

There is a stairway to the front and back door. The laundry room is downstairs, but all other types of common spaces are accessible from the main floor. (There is an additional den and bathroom downstairs.) Smoking/vaping is allowed in what we call “the box,” an uninsulated attachment to the house. Any non-smoking use of cannabis is allowed inside the house.

The place is just off of 118 Ave, close to the 8 route and Coliseum station, as well as the library.

We are three queer and trans folks (Rain, Chris, and Coehn) looking for someone who is also queer to join our tiny queer bubble. We are all pretty chill and respectful, and we want someone who is willing to chip in with the chores and values building community.
