So I just went ahead and put a deposit down on a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite for move in 1st August because the unit was so nice I didn’t want to let it go. So now im looking for an easy going, cleanly, respectful roommate who would like to join me in living in this amazing building. Every single one of us that is looking to live in downtown Toronto is only doing so because its the place to be to advance our careers, thats why we can justify the cost, so im definitely looking for someone who is like minded, career driven and a go getter. That way, we can inspire each other to win!

So the spot is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on Queen West, in a great area right opposite a Metro. The walkability score is 89/100. In the pics you’ll see the floor plan where I drew a number 2 on the bedroom. That would be your bedroom and opposite, thats your bathroom. Your rent would be $1400. And all the bills would be split between us. I have estimates on the bills so if you’re interested ill let you know those details when you hit me up. I don’t drive, but if you’re quick I can secure a parking spot for an extra $150 a month which for downtown is EXTREMELY reasonable. My last building I lived in downtown was $250 a month.

Other than that, a little bit about me: I’m an artist who also works in logistics. I’m a pretty low maintenance guy, who has a high expectation on cleanliness & hygiene. I don’t smoke, and don’t really like to be around smoke, at least not in my living space. I love pets, but not enough to live with one, yet.
