It’s an apartment building, most details are mentioned above. It’s a two-bedroom, shared kitchen and bathroom. Very cozy and perfectly spaced for two people (including myself. Pet friendly, cheaper than most places in the area and amazing accessibility score. The room has a desk, great storage in the drawers, a nightstand, a bed, a closet and beautiful large French windows. The kitchen is my favourite part, as it’s got a lot of storage, and includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven and a refrigerator. The common area near the kitchen has a couch and more windows. The bathroom is modern equipped and honestly great lighting for pictures! Oh and rent includes everything except laundry that’s in the building and hydro which will be split between you and me.

I’m 18, and I go to Ontario Tech University, studying computer science. I love meeting new people, going out when I have the chance to and love staying in very much!
