Facilities : gym , laundry , balcony etc Location : near Walmart , staples , winners , metro , Canada post , shoppers drug mart and other restaurants Person : You need to be someone who is clean that can respect the space + the other person living in the space No pets or smoking !

About the roomies
There is only one other girl living in the other room . She is respectful and clean. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment and you would be in 1 of one of the rooms. Simple rules are to be clean and respect the space as your own .
