This 2-story home with a lovely back yard, facing a public park, is a dream to live in. Fully renovated 4 years ago, new appliances, clean yet cozy look and feel, and comes with a 120lb dog (and an occasional cat we often cat-sit).

Though it is technically a cat and dog friendly home, it might be best not to add another pet to the mix. But hey, we’re open to it.

What we’re really looking for is someone (preferably a woman) who will want to take care of the house and dog with us, shared sense of ownership, be around when one of us is travelling, be a friend and share experiences with us.

FAQ:

• Parking: street parking available for 17.70+tax each month (I pay annually)
• TTC: 7 minute walk to either Dufferin or Ossington stations
• Gym: We go to Planet Fitness, a 10 minute walk from home and costs $15/mo
• Amenities: we’re a walk away from grocery stores, Dufferin mall, bakeries, you name it! You honestly don’t need a car in the city :-)

We are two women sharing the space, one of us in the basement apartment, the other in a room upstairs. We are both near 40, hit the gym at 7am, enjoy a chilled life that includes deep and meaningful conversations, occasional shared meals, and frequent travel. We’re not big partiers, don’t do late nights, no drugs or smoking, both work in health and wellness, and hope to find an animal-lover that matches us well.

You would be living upstairs with one of us, your own room, shared bathroom. We’d all share the kitchen, laundry and living space. But with avid travellers, you’ll likely end up having the house (and pets) to yourself for long periods of time. What a bonus! :-)
