Jordan's room

Room is pretty basic but the townhouse is nice! Spacious interior and a huge patio. Tenant would have their own bathroom and would be expected to keep it tidy since it’s the main bathroom. Awesome central location, nothing in Nanaimo is more than 15 minutes away. I have a dog (mini-Aussie) so tenant must love dogs.

I work Monday-Friday and am very outdoorsy and active. In my spare time I am usually doing something with my dog or watching a hockey game or something. I get along best with type A personalities.
