The place: it’s a 2-bedroom, 1000 sq ft townhouse-style condo with its own private patio entrance, off of a huge 400 sq ft patio

It’s located in the Victoria Hill area of New Westminster, within a short walk of the Columbia skytrain station, which is a 25-min train commute to the Main St downtown Vancouver skytrain station.

The room itself is completely renovated - complete with a built-in Murphy bed with a queen-size memory foam mattress, built-in office desk with dual Samsung curved gaming monitors, and gym mirrors/equipment included in the room - meaning you can convert the room to a full-on bedroom, full-on gym, full-on office, or a combination of the three, depending on your needs at the moment.

The bathroom is 90% all-yours - it is technically the secondary guest bathroom so if you or I have guests visiting, this is the bathroom they will use so you are primarily responsible for keeping it clean, as I will exclusively be using the master bedroom ensuite bathroom.

The condo itself is also super modern, only built 4 years ago, with underground parking, free on-site gym, and super close to all amenities you could need.

I am a super easygoing roommate - I work from home in a digital e-commerce role for a large retailer, and am very clean, organized, and am looking for a roommate I can get along well with and hang out with from time to time, while also respecting individual boundaries.

I love sports (both watching and doing), love all forms of comedy, and am an avid runner, training for my first marathon in May. Love to go wake surfing in the summertime and love attending concerts and live events, hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors.

Oh - and I have a cat! So people who have cat allergies need not apply.

Looking to set up a month-to-month agreement so that you and I have some flexibility there.
