Private room available in a three bedroom 2 bathroom, main floor, located in Parkdale. Utilities, parking space and washer/dryer are all included in the unit. Internet per person is around $26

The room is located towards the rear of the house, overlooking the backyard. The bathroom is the larger of the 2 in the house and will be shared.

There’s also a front porch leading to the main entrance and a private backyard. The house is pretty spacious and has high ceilings and a lot of natural light. Currently in the process of refurnishing the living room after the previous tenant vacated.

The street is pretty peaceful and it’s a 5/10 minute walk to King St / Queen St west so there’s plenty of things to do around the area.

Please have standard documents ready - credit report, photo ID, proof of employment. In search of someone who can ideally stay until September for the time being, but open to discussing together in the unit if everyone is on board.

I’m a 28yr old male, working nearby in Liberty Village at a music company. Generally friendly and easy going, but I generally work a lot and keep to myself. Hobbies & interest include anything creative, photography, music etc. The other roommate is a 26yr old male working as a teacher & musician, also very friendly and easy going.
