It’s fairly simple, it’s a cozy bedroom in a nice 4 1/2- all amenities included. Located in Laval, if you don’t drive it’s around a 15 minute bus ride to montmorency.. there are 2 cats which currently live here as well. Bedrooms come with a lock and a key for assured privacy.

My preference for a roommate is ideally a female..I was raised by my mom and sister so it’s just what I’m comfortable with. Cleanliness is a virtue that is a must for me to consider my roommate, there’s no smoking inside the apartment- but if you’d like to go on the front porch and smoke a joint or whatever that’s fine by me.. I have a zero tolerance for any sort of substance abuse of any hard drugs..asides that I think most of the rules are common courtesy..just letting one another know our boundaries is a part of being good roommates and I feel is something we’d kind of learn as we go..
For the most part however I’m fairly open, I work six days a week and on my day off I’m usually out with friends so I’m flexible.
