The unit is unfurnished - you’ll need your own bed and desk!

The unit has dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge and laundry machine + dryer (usage time will be preferred after 7:00 p.m.)

All utilities and high speed fibre internet are included in the price!

There is also one parking avaliable underground (goes down by elevator), cost is also included in the monthly rent (110$ underground parking)

The building has secure entry- will need buzzer for visitors/deliveries

There is 24/7 fitness room (personal favourite perk), Study rooms and Lounges for guests to hanging out on the ground floor; there is also BBQ grill stations to use outside of the lounge.

Onsite Management office : first to the right once you enter the building.

Last but not least, It is very close to Sheridan College, only minutes walk away - students welcome!
