Ulverston Road

It’s a private room in a walk-in basement. It’s a room sufficient for two people to stay in. All the utilities are included, like hydro, electricity, gas, laundry (only on weekends), Wi-Fi. There’s shared kitchen and a shared washroom. The room is in perfect condition with a large window for sunlight, and a big wardrobe for two. but there is no bed. Bring your own mattress.

My name is Taran and I’ll be your roommate. I’m a student at Humber. I’m pretty tidy guy and doesn’t disturb anyone with my stuff. I don’t smoke. I’m non-vegetarian. I’ll be studying and working much of time. I do PC and console gaming, listen to music, play soccer and watch anime/movies/series in my free time. (And yeah, I sleep with lights on. It doesn’t have to be the big light. I just need a tiny bit of light source while sleeping, something like a night light. And I don’t snore.)
