Rose's room

On April 1st, I have a nice big furnished room coming available for rent in the Cobble Hill/Mill Bay area. It is close to the Trans Canada, just 5 minutes to Mill Bay. 15 to Duncan or Langford.

It is an easy home to live in with lots of privacy. I am looking for an employed tenant who fits right in. The kitchen is shared as well as the laundry. There are walking areas in my neighbourhood and so many places to bike. I don’t smoke cigarettes or cannibis. If you do, there are outside decks, covered and uncovered, available to use.
