Looking to fill two rooms in this laidback house located right close to the ocean and near Oak Bay Ave. my parents and my brother are moving abroad so it is just me living in my parent’s house at the moment. My parents will be back in the summer so i am just looking for someone who is wanting to stay somewhere for the school year ! So, ideally a student who is looking for a clean, quiet/chill house to call home for a couple semesters. The house is right close to Oak Bay ave and the ocean. Right next to the bus stop for the number 2 bus that takes you right downtown in a few minutes. About a 15 min walk to the 7 bus stop that takes you to UVic. The neighbourhood is quiet and laid back. This is not a party/smoking house, but company/friends is always great and welcome ! would like to keep it a chill house. Smoking is okay, just not inside the house !

Currently it is just me in the house, I enjoy music (play/listen) and being outside cycling around town on my bike. I recently got into rock climbing this year, so I am downtown often at CragX. I currently work downtown and will probably take a few classes at UVic in the Fall. I am not really a party person, but enjoy being around other people, watching movies, going to see live music/shows and going downtown to the pub.
