Spilt entry home, located in a quiet, established neighborhood. Within walking distance of bus stop and shopping plazas, yoga studio and restaurants. Space for rent is the master bedroom, with a private bathroom (shower stall) and walk-in closet. Access to entire home space which includes open kitchen, family room, large backyard, family room and garage space.

I am a single parent, working professional with a 13 year old daughter and 19 year old son (he is heading off to the states in August to start school). I spend most of my week working from home. We have a beautiful black German Shepherd- very people friendly but would not do well with another dog- so no additional pets allowed.
