The apartment is a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom unit in the heart of Downtown Guelph, with the smaller bedroom available. Unit is lightly furnished, room will not be. Includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, bathtub, and balcony; building has a laundry room. Would prefer to even split on hydro and internet, but water and heat are included. Building has a parking lot, but it is fully occupied and there is a long waitlist for spaces. That said, everything in downtown is within walking distance. LGBTQ and pet friendly, especially with cats.

Lease would start July 1st, and the rental term is month-to-month, would prefer long-term roommates but short-term is acceptable. Other female roommates preferred all welcome. Needs to be vaccinated and responsible. Smoking, especially cannabis, is only permitted on the balcony. Late risers and night owls will get along well.
